Returns & warranty
30-day returns on unused, undamaged mirrors — return shipping is covered for defects and the restocking fee is waived. Custom Studio (made-to-order) sizes are non-returnable. Every mirror is backed by a 1-year warranty covering the LED, dimmer and touch-panel components, with replacement parts shipped from our Vermont, USA warehouse.
If it arrives damaged
Our mirrors are heavy and fragile — we recommend being present on delivery to inspect the package. If anything arrives damaged or chipped, there's no need to return it: send a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or solution. You're never out of pocket.

Short press lighting button within one second (1s) to turn on or off the light. Long press the light button for more than one second (1s) to activate the dimmer function. Energy saving for anti-fog by separate button control. Connected with WiseMirror App, you can get the network real-time weather forecast.
This feature can easily match the weather module of the mirror with the exclusive Wisemirror App, such as connecting the WiFi router, setting the local area and temperature unit, and can also check and see the real-time indoor temperature on the wisemirror app.

No — for most people this is a DIY job. The mirror plugs into a standard 120V outlet, and the box includes the mounting bracket, spacers, screws and a paper drilling template, so hanging it takes about 30–45 minutes with a drill and a level. If you would rather run it cord-free and hardwire it into a junction box, that step should be done by a licensed electrician.
Every TACOVICI mirror is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in the LED panel, dimmer, touch controls, and the defogger element where fitted. Replacement parts ship from our Vermont, USA warehouse. Cosmetic damage from installation is not covered.

This round mirror comes in 24" and 32" diameters. A mirror reads best when it is 2-4 inches narrower than the vanity on each side, so the 24" suits a roughly 28-32" vanity and the 32" suits a 36-40" vanity. On a double vanity, most people hang two 24" rounds, one centred over each sink, rather than a single large mirror.
No. The light, the three colour temperatures, touch dimming, the anti-fog defogger and the on-mirror clock all work on their own, straight out of the box. Wi-Fi is optional and only adds the weather and outdoor-temperature sync, which pairs to the mirror through the free Wisemirror app. If you never connect it, you simply do not see the weather panel - nothing else changes.
